We are looking for an experienced customer success specialist to join our team and help us build the most advanced digital health platform and technological solutions on the market that already support over 30 million patients across more than 20 markets worldwide.

What will be your typical to-do list?
Product knowledge:

  • Maintain and expand your knowledge of core product functionalities, openEHR and FHIR standards, and Better platform and its components.
  • Proactively understand customer project requirements and execute onboarding processes.
  • Create and maintain training materials (documentation, resources, videos) for customers.

Client engagement & project support:

  • Organise and deliver training sessions and consultancy programs to enhance customer adoption.
  • Identify functional requirements for project implementations and collaborate with development teams.
  • Establish communication channels with customers and project teams for project updates and feedback.

Sales support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on customer goals and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender responses with accurate information.

Mentorship & strategy:

  • Mentor new staff on Better products and solutions to encourage independent work.
  • Promote a supportive team environment focused on continuous learning.

Process improvements:

  • Evaluate and improve internal processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

What skills and expertise do we expect from you?

  • Technical proficiency: Experience with Java-based applications, web development, API usage, Linux management, networking, and system security; understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-solving skills: Analysing issues, identifying solutions, and implementing effective resolutions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and understand customer needs while providing effective solutions.
  • Customer-centric attitude: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and dedication to resolving issues promptly.
  • Healthcare knowledge: Experience or willingness to learn about digital healthcare standards and IT systems.
  • Organisational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Ethical standards: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards, especially regarding patient data.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
