Open standards at the core. Our data repository unifies all patient clinical and demographic information using openEHR and FHIR standards and binds it to a multitude of terminologies. It comes with a query language and standard APIs for bidirectional communication. A unique two-level architecture ensures data consistency while allowing for use-case variation. Clinically validated data models come with pre-built constraints and rules, meaning the data quality is already checked at the very core of the platform.
Accessible and interoperable. Integration services support the integration of systems and components through various mechanisms such as openEHR API, FHIR Connect and IHE for document exchange. Incoming messages are transformed and stored in the data fabric, which other systems may then use via standard APIs or via ETL. By storing the core clinical data in openEHR and operational data in FHIR, the platform is interoperable by design.
Event-based architecture. Better platform includes a set of components that accelerate the development of backend services and solve many of the complex functionalities. For instance, Events can act on data in real time, Data views are solving the complexity of clinical screens and patient summaries, while Cohorts take care of multi-patient management complexity.

A business-driven validation service ensures the accuracy and reliability of data across all repositories by enforcing comprehensive validation rules tailored to the healthcare sector’s unique requirements. It verifies data consistency against predefined criteria, such as patient demographics, clinical histories, and external databases, ensuring that all data entering the system is accurate, compliant, and reliable.

Our attribute-based access control system offers fine-grained privacy settings, allowing precise access levels for different users to different parts of the medical record and ensures the highest level of security and data privacy.
