Certifications
Better has passed a maintenance audit for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications by the SIQ certification body. In addition, we have also obtained a certificate for ISO/IEC 20000. Audit was conducted by a certification body TAYLLORCOX GCS and it confirmed Better ensures the highest level of provision, delivery, and support of the Better Meds Medication Management Service for external customers.

ISO/IEC 27001 is a standard for managing information security through a process-based approach. It covers various aspects of information security to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, providing a comprehensive framework for information security management.
ISO 14001 sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. Obtaining the ISO 14001 certificate from the SIQ certification body is a major milestone, as it affirms our dedication to excellence in environmental management and sustainability.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). It provides a framework and a systematic approach to plan, implement, operate, review, maintain and improve an IT service management system.
