Better, the digital health platform company, has been mentioned as a Visionary in the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms.
This Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors offering platforms that healthcare providers use to unify clinical data and to compose new clinical applications on top of it. Vendors are evaluated on Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.
Better Platform is built on openEHR and FHIR, holding clinical data in an open, vendor-neutral format rather than a proprietary one. It combines with an App Builder, Marketplace, and a Design system, all built specifically for healthcare. More than 40 million patient records are stored on the platform across more than 1.000 healthcare institutions in over 30 countries. Better runs national health records in Ireland, Greece, Wales, Slovenia, Malta, and Cyprus, alongside regional deployments including Finland, Stockholm, London, and several UK trusts and European university hospitals.
