We are looking for a Customer Success Enablement Specialist to help our IT partners learn about and implement Better Meds – electronic prescribing and medication administration solution. 
Our Customer Success team already has a program and resources for partner enablement, implementation, and support, but we need new enthusiastic team members. If you are communicative, energetic, can explain complex things in an understandable way and like sharing knowledge, we would like to meet you.
Your mission:

As a Customer Success Enablement Specialist, you will prepare and perform training and create materials for our IT partners. Your job will involve occasional travelling, learning about healthcare IT, communicating, thinking on your feet and working with developers. 
In this role, you will:
  • Maintain and develop new training content, including online documentation, videos, presentation slides, job aids, facilitator guides and practical exercises and activities.
  • Develop learning experiences for a targeted audience that helps them build the skills and attitude to be successful. 
  • Facilitate and deliver training across different channels, which could include live training (in-house or abroad), virtual online classrooms, recorded videos, online documentation and guides
  • Measure the effectiveness of our training materials and approach through usage uptake, reaction, customer learning, behaviour change, and longer-term program results.
  • Prepare and execute product presentations
  • Develop ideas to improve training efficiencies and best practices 
  • Learn about the latest healthcare IT-related technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with product designers and developers to identify our partners' most common pains
  • Participate in educational programs

An ideal candidate has
  • Experience in producing training materials and content, including online/e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials
  • Experience in conducting IT courses/technical enablement or customer support
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning, including Animation, Film, and Graphics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and online learning tools
