Phil Bottomley is an independent digital health advisor who has a background in interoperability and modernisation programmes and has worked with several NHS Trusts on improvement initiatives. He is currently working with The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, where he champions the modernisation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, including the migration to open platforms, and the associated data strategy.
