Sales Director, Better Deutschland GmbH
With hospitals and healthcare providers increasingly looking for innovative, flexible, and open solutions, the healthcare landscape in the DACH region is undergoing an important transformation. At Better, we are happy to be part of it, as we see significant opportunities to help shape the future with our expertise and proven solutions that can help organisations in their journey towards modern, data-driven healthcare.
One of the key milestones for us in this region is our collaboration with University Hospital Basel. We are proud to have officially started working with them, alongside our partners OWT, Swisscom, and x-tention, to build the next-generation data platform. The hospital is taking a major step towards becoming a truly data-driven organisation, ensuring better management, use, and exchange of healthcare data, all of this through openEHR. The project is filled with enthusiasm and a strong sense of collaboration, and we look forward to the months ahead as we work together to transform digital health in Switzerland.
Beyond this, the DACH market is full of opportunities, with hospitals and healthcare providers looking for future-proof solutions that prioritise data and innovation. We are actively engaged in discussions and projects across the region, and we believe Better’s approach of offering a modular, vendor-neutral, and open data platform resonates strongly with the needs of healthcare organisations striving for digital transformation. Our openEHR-based approach supports hospitals in achieving maximum data consistency, interoperability, and a sustainable digital infrastructure that evolves with their needs.
A great opportunity to connect and continue these conversations will be at DMEA 2025, taking place in Berlin from 8 to 10 April. As one of the most important digital health events in Europe, DMEA brings together industry leaders, decision-makers, and innovators. Better will be there to showcase our solutions, share our expertise, and discuss how we can help healthcare organisations take control of their data and unlock new possibilities.
The future of healthcare starts with your data, so we invite you to visit our stand to see our solutions in action and explore how we can support your digital health strategy. See you in Berlin!
