We are looking for an experienced IT & Healthcare Specialist to join our team!

As the DACH Healthcare Specialist, you will be working with other team members to ensure a successful development of the German speaking markets. You will conduct market research and analyse trends, perform demonstrations and trainings, gather feedback, and offer technical support to customers both in pre-sales and current projects. This will require a combination of excellent communication skills, great passion for healthcare and a desire to keep expanding your knowledge.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Working closely with sales/pre-sales defining the technical and strategic content of our offering.
- Working with presales to respond to procurements and conduct demonstrations of the products for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Being the technical face to the customer on project level (support / trainings).
- Answering all tech-related questions and addressing queries promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Planning and participation in events (trade fairs / customer events).
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, sales process and market dynamics.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysing industry trends.
- Building a strong relationship to customers.
- Playing an active role in openEHR community.
- Reporting to Head of Technology & Innovation
Technical skills & experience:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the German/Swiss/Austrian healthcare systems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / medical informatics.
- Knowledge of Health IT standards – especially HL7 FHIR
- Ability to influence and to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Independent working from home, willingness to travel (also for several days)
