With his over 20 years of experience, Borut is highly skilled in product development, software design & architecture, telco 2.0, and healthcare technologies. He is a reliable partner and problem solver with an ear for customers. As an innovation addict, he doesn't just solve problems, but also invents the technology to go with it.

As a trained biomedical engineer passionate about organisational networks, he is confident that we can enable a data-driven revolution by building trust between different stakeholders. He is responsible for technology innovation, strategy, and leadership for Better's suite of platforms, tools, and applications that are leading the way for improved healthcare delivery and outcomes.

As an experienced software architect and developer, Boštjan has a vast knowledge in the technology field and has a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He is skilled in Hibernate, Databases, Kotlin, Java, Web Applications, and ElasticSearch, and has been developing health data platforms for more than 10 years.

Anže has been working with different healthcare professionals around the world for the last 16 years. His focus is to gain insights into their needs to understand how IT solutions could help them be better. He has vast experience in product development and global GoTo Market Strategy for digital health platforms, clinical registries, clinical information systems, medicine optimisations, and regional eHealth projects.

With more than 20 years of experience in digital health projects, analysis, and database management, Tomaž is currently leading the Better Clinical team. Under his leadership, the team has supported several digital transitions in the largest Slovenian hospital (UKC Ljubljana) and other health institutions, and merged different information systems under unified solutions.

As a recognised practitioner of projects and program management, Alenka has more than 20 years of experience as a project manager, consultant, mentor, and trainer in a variety of demanding and challenging industries in the private and public sectors. She helps ideas come to life and the success rate of her delivered projects is almost 100%. One of her personal goals is to help people to implement servant leadership principles in everyday life.

Ajda is an award-winning graphic designer with more than 10 years of experience in art direction, infographics, data visualisations, publications, identities, and branding both as a freelancer and in a design studio. She is currently leading the implementation of Better design system and exploring new ways of merging design with digital healthcare. For more than 8 years, Ajda has also been a member of Brumen foundation.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Mitja is an expert in change management, target management, and work performance management, as well as optimising work flow of the organizations. He is a firm believer that the well-being of employees will be reflected in their productivity. He is active as a lecturer and consultant for senior management in various organizations and as a mentor to HRM managers.

Igor has more than 20 years of experience in working for Slovenian corporations, the banking industry, and IT companies. He believes that the role of the lawyer in the company is to proactively and pragmatically find a business solution within the legislative framework and that legal support is a part of the solution for business demands and not part of the problem.
