We are looking for an experienced Partner Support Specialist to help our IT partners learn about and implement Better platform - the most advanced open-data medical platform on the market.
 
Our partner support team already has a program and resources for partner enablement, but we need new enthusiastic team members. If you are communicative, energetic, can explain difficult things in an understandable way and like sharing the knowledge, we would like to meet you.
 
Your mission:

As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be preparing and performing technical trainings, materials and workshops for our IT partners. Your job will involve occasional travelling, learning about healthcare IT, communicating, thinking on your feet and working closely with developers.
 
Your typical ToDo list:
 
  • perform onboarding trainings and technical workshops in-house or abroad (trainings last for 2-3 days)
  • prepare new product presentations
  • maintain and develop training resources
  • conduct technical support
  • learn about the latest healthcare IT-related technologies and trends
  • collaborate with product designers and developers to identify our partners' most common pains
  • participate in educational programs
 
Your skills and expertise:
 
  • you have proven experience in conducting IT courses/technical enablement or customer support
  • you can discuss topics, such as HTTP authentication and identity providers
  • maintaining a JavaScript demo wouldn’t be difficult for you
  • you can compare different databases performance and debug network connectivity issues
  • sharing knowledge and enabling other people is your passion
  • you are great at explaining complex things in an understandable way
  • you are fluent in verbal and written English
  • teamwork is your strong suit
  • It would be extra great if you are also familiar with API tools (Postman, Insomnia).
