We are looking for an experienced Partner Support Specialist to help our customers learn about and implement Better platform - the most advanced open-data medical platform on the market.
 
Our customer support team already has a program and resources for customer enablement, but we need new enthusiastic team members. If you are communicative, energetic, can explain difficult things in an understandable way and like sharing the knowledge, we would like to meet you.
 
Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Engineer will be:
 
  • performing onboarding trainings and technical workshops (trainings are done in-house, sometimes also abroad, and they last 2-3 days)
  • preparing product presentations
  • maintaining and developing new presentation/training resources
  • technical support
  • learning about the latest healthcare IT related technologies and trends
  • collaborating with product designers and developers to identify our customers' most common pains
  • participating in educational programs
 
Skills and expertise you need to excel at this job:
 
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting IT courses/technical enablement or customer support
  • familiarity with internet basics (networking, http, security), HTML and basic JavaScript programming
  • familiarity with API tools (Postman, Insomnia) is a plus
  • ability to work well with the team
  • a passion for sharing knowledge and enabling other people
  • fluency in verbal and written English
