We are looking for an experienced office manager to join our team!
 
At Better, we are building software solutions that help medical teams improve patient care. Our advanced open-data medical platform and healthcare applications already support over 22 million patients all over the world.
 
You can imagine how important it is for us to have an office captain, someone to take care of our office space and our people. This is where you come in as our new office manager. If you are energetic, organized and a people person, we will be more than happy to have you on our team!
 
Your responsibilities:
As our office manager, you will be in charge of organising and coordinating office operations and procedures, such as:
  • Supporting our management and partners with travel arrangements, logistics, agenda-setting and similar administrative areas
  • Coordinating maintenance staff activities and other activities related to the office building, such as parking space coordination, etc.
  • Regular overview and cooperation with our service providers and suppliers
  • Partnering with HR to maintain office policies, occupational safety, and to help organize and oversee wellbeing activities
  • Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events, such as conferences, team buildings, parties etc.
  • Purchasing office inventory and equipment, and taking care of its delivery and distribution
  • Taking care of formal correspondence with visitors, clients and partners 

Skills and expertise you need to excel at this job:
  • Proven experience as an office manager, event planner or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovenian
  • Experience with administration and purchasing
  • Negotiation, organization and coordination skills
  • Computer skills and ability to adopt new technology quickly
  • Flexibility and ability to work with different people
