We are looking for a junior UI designer to join our design team at Better!
 
Better is at the heart of reshaping healthcare across the world. Our digital health platform and applications are simplifying work for health and care teams based on open data for life. Our software already supports over 30 million patients and more than 1000 healthcare institutions in the UK, Germany, New Zealand, Finland, Slovenia, and others.
 
As our new UI designer, you will be working in a team of designers and developers whose main mission is to develop a robust system of special elements and patterns. These are intended to build clinical applications and to visualize clinical concepts directly for clients, while also serving as building blocks in our low-code tools. As you can see, it’s important for us to find a designer who will feel comfortable in an existing system and would help us develop and improve it.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
  • Upgrading and editing the system library of elements
  • Developing design system elements
  • Editing and creating documentation
  • Cooperating with developers in implementation
 
Experience and skills:
 
  • Knowledge of design, UI and UX principles
  • Knowledge of tools for creating UI interfaces (Sketch)
  • Systematic and analytical thinking and action
  • Ability to cooperate and exchange views in a larger team
