We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team!

Your mission:
Support our partners and customers through the digital transformation and implementation project. Bring new and innovative ideas to the implementation methodology, which will add additional quality to the project roll-out.
 
Your responsibilities:
  • To shadow the implementation and report about the project progress
  • Provide regular account, project status, and project issues updates
  • To produce analysis reports and all project documentation within the defined implementation delivery process.
  • To record and specify any required system changes.
  • To test software system changes/customisations.
  • To provide advice and guidance to the customers and partners as required.
  • To provide additional consultancy services as required.
  • To liaise with partners and customers to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
  • Pre-empt potential problems and challenges, identifying and managing risk as appropriate.
  • Primary point of contact for the partners, customers and operations team
  • Participate in, and contribute to, partner, customer and internal meetings.
  • Build good working relationships with partners, customers and other members of the team.
  • Research and update the implementation methodology
 
Skills you need:
  • Passion for digital transformation, implementation methodologies and healthcare systems
  • you can adjust on the fly, be flexible, and be able to adapt to the immediate or unforeseen challenges
  • Understanding the importance of a thorough knowledge of the implementation process
  • Ability to think on your feet, high self-motivation and a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Highly flexible attitude with the willingness to work away from home base at times
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Highly capable of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to regular tight deadlines.
  • Highly developed communication and consulting skills.
  • Experience in implementing larger software.
  • Must be fluent in English, fluency in a second language a plus.
 
Good to have:
  • Experience with software implementation and business change methodologies
  • Project management certificates
  • Experience with large software project implementations
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
