We are looking for a Head of Services who will lead our new business unit Services!

Responsibilities of our Head of Services:

As part of the senior management team, you will be in charge of building the Services business unit to a full capacity. The main mission of the unit is to enable further growth of the company by:
  • Removing the burden from the product units, so they can focus on products
  • Ensuring customer success and subscription renewals
  • Systematically building a scalable system and content to onboard partners

BU Services scope will cover:
 
  • Technical support (2nd level)
  • Professional services, such as installation, configuration/implementation and application development services    
  • Training delivery and content development
  • Help to presales and sales enablement
  • Enablement of customer success (account management)

Scope of the position:
 
  • Driving services strategy and approach
    • Voice of the customers in the management team
  • Building and leading BU Services team
    • People management on multiple locations
    • Responsible for hiring and internal recruitment
  • Owning service delivery including:
    • Operational decisions
    • Resource allocation
    • Overseeing projects and handling escalations
  • Process owner for services
  • Managing BU Services P/L

Qualifications & experience:
 
  • Significant (10+ years) and relevant experience in building and leading customer-facing organizations such as Professional Services, Support or Customer Success in software product/SaaS companies
  • Experience in project management in context of Professional Services
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Excellent leadership and people development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical (problem solving) skills
  • Strong empathy for customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience

It is a plus:
 
  • eHealth domain knowledge
  • Experience with custom application development on top of platforms
  • Presales or sales experience
  • MBA or similar business school post-graduate education and trainings
