The scope of the position:
This is a unique PR opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is driven to succeed and enjoys a delivery-focused environment. Working closely with our management, market units (MU), and business units (BU), you will coordinate and drive our global PR initiatives. You will report directly to our CMO and collaborate with other members of the marketing team.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
  • Taking on the overall responsibility for the global PR budget
  • Developing and overseeing all global PR initiatives and events
  • Establishing and maintaining great relationships with key global PR contacts and external partners
  • Being responsible for hiring and working with external PR agencies
  • Developing compelling written content, such as press releases, Q&As, talking points, briefings, media pitches, etc.
  • Securing speaking opportunities and media appearances for the company’s CEO, as well as the BU and MU directors
  • Overseeing PR collaboration with Digital and MarCom Managers to secure relevant social media strategies and posts
 
Qualifications & experience:
 
  • Significant experience (+7 years) developing solid corporate communications and PR with an international scope (with a preferred focus on Western Europe)
  • Excellent English skills for written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • A full understanding of media needs and relationships
  • A tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
  • Budget management skills
  • The ability to manage expectations and work with internal departments
