We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical and content related problems when using our IT solutions and applications. 
Our field (international healthcare) is challenging, and it demands the highest degree of accuracy and irreproachableness. This is where you come in as our new Customer Support Specialist. If you have great communication skills, experience with customer support procedures and software development process and if you are also well versed in SQL, then we would really like to meet you. 
Your mission as a Customer Support Specialist:
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email
  • Offer technical and content-related support for medical personnel using our solutions
  • Help troubleshoot issues using Oracle DB (preparing and using scripts)
  • Coordinate with developers and share customer demands with them
  • Prepare statistical reports, documentation and help build the knowledge base
  • Work with databases
Skills and expertise you need to excel at this job:
  • You are well versed in SQL
  • You have experience as a Customer Support Specialist and familiar with the software development process
  • You have good communication and problem-solving skills
  • You are excited about learning new things
  • You are autonomous and self-motivated with an ability to work independently
  • You are fluent in Slovene and English
It will be extra great if you have experience with:
  • Oracle database
  • Different operating systems
  • Support tools (ticketing systems, for example, Jira)
  • Documentation writing
