We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer – mid level!
Healthcare IT is an extremely challenging field that demands the highest accuracy and quality. This is where you come in.
You are what we are looking for if:
- you are very detail oriented with problem solving skills,
- you have strong analytical and debugging skills,
- you think outside the box and are able to come up with a testing strategy from different types of input, like documentation, talking to users, developers, etc.,
- you understand user requirements and love to take actions to improve the product,
- you know how to create and maintain manual test plans, cases, and summaries,
- you have bug reporting skills,
- you have basic knowledge of databases,
- you have an experience of QA and process,
- you are curious to learn,
- you have a minimum 2-year experience.
Your responsibilities will be:
- collaboration with developers and other teams to create QA scenarios based on product specifications,
- regular execution of testing scenarios and result analysis,
- reporting bugs and errors to development teams,
- help with troubleshooting,
- adjusting test scripts based on issues found by users,
- work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Skills and expertise you need to excel at this job:
- proven experience as a software QA tester or similar role,
- familiarity with different testing strategies, exploratory, regression, integration testing etc.,
- knowledge of test case management tools,
- knowledge of standards, such as XML, HTML, and JSON,
- knowledge of APIs (HTTP methods and response codes),
- good reporting skills and ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
