QA engineer

We are looking for a new member of the Better Meds team where we are optimising medication management and bringing teams together.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer – mid level!

Healthcare IT is an extremely challenging field that demands the highest accuracy and quality. This is where you come in.

You are what we are looking for if:

  • you are very detail oriented with problem solving skills,
  • you have strong analytical and debugging skills,
  • you think outside the box and are able to come up with a testing strategy from different types of input, like documentation, talking to users, developers, etc.,
  • you understand user requirements and love to take actions to improve the product,
  • you know how to create and maintain manual test plans, cases, and summaries,
  • you have bug reporting skills,
  • you have basic knowledge of databases,
  • you have an experience of QA and process,
  • you are curious to learn,
  • you have a minimum 2-year experience.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • collaboration with developers and other teams to create QA scenarios based on product specifications,
  • regular execution of testing scenarios and result analysis,
  • reporting bugs and errors to development teams,
  • help with troubleshooting,
  • adjusting test scripts based on issues found by users,
  • work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.


Skills and expertise you need to excel at this job:

  • proven experience as a software QA tester or similar role,
  • familiarity with different testing strategies, exploratory, regression, integration testing etc.,
  • knowledge of test case management tools,
  • knowledge of standards, such as XML, HTML, and JSON,
  • knowledge of APIs (HTTP methods and response codes),
  • good reporting skills and ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
