Project Manager (Digital health platform delivery)

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team and help us expand the most advanced open-data digital health platform and technological solutions that already support over 30 million patients across more than 20 markets.

What will be your typical to-do list?

  • Project leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare software projects, coordinating activities over cross-functional teams to achieve set milestones.
  • Progress tracking: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and make sure deadlines are met and resources are used properly.
  • Risk and stakeholder management: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage stakeholder communication and expectations, and facilitate alignment among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Requirements gathering and analysis: Gather functional requirements for the digital health platform and collaborate with teams to translate them into technical specifications for development.
  • Improvement and review: Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes and areas for improvement, and identify opportunities for process efficiency within project delivery.
  • Knowledge and support: Be familiar with industry standards in healthcare IT and project management, contributing to better project management methodologies and supporting pre-sales and tender processes.

What skills and expertise do we expect from you?

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in delivering IT projects, preferably in healthcare IT and enterprise software in a healthcare environment.
  • A self-motivated, driven, and determined individual, able to build trust and empathy with customers. Skilled and experienced in objection handling, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp).
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards, especially concerning patient data and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Slovenian and English language, both written and verbal.
