Your mission:
- Take care of digital health products so that medical staff can take care of their patients.
- Bring empathy for healthcare professionals at the root of all our products and content.
Your responsibilities:
- Gaining a detailed understanding of the current product suite
- Thorough content research: leading on user interviews, user story writing, research summaries
- Understanding user needs and Jobs to be Done
- Present key recommendations and results across the organization
- Creating specifications for new functionalities and modules
- Work with sales and marketing to create product go-to-market strategies
- Project manage the delivery and implementation of functionalities you are responsible for, managing your assigned development and design resources, and tracking the effectiveness and success of the final deliverables
Skills you need:
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills. Able to interpret user needs, diagnose problems, and formulate action plans to resolve issues
- Good business judgment when making decisions and always considering the relevance of each decision on the business
- Be able to say “no,” but explain why in terms that stakeholders understand
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, OKRs,…
- Teamwork and leadership skills are essential
Good to have:
- Passionate about IT and/or healthcare
- Previous working experience as a product manager or similar relevant experience in an agile environment
- Drive to get things done
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change
